Shipping and Return Conditions

Shipping Conditions:

• Our prices are quoted ex-works (EXW).
• Shipping costs will be individually calculated and invoiced separately.
• For shipments within Europe, we can provide a shipping price upon request. Alternatively, the customer can arrange the pick-up themselves.
• For shipments to other countries, the customer is responsible for organizing the shipping.

Return Conditions:

• Returns are only possible if the delivered product is defective or damaged.
• The customer must notify us of the return in writing, ideally with photos documenting the defect.
• Returns must be made in the original packaging, if reasonably possible.
• For custom-made products (e.g., specially configured hospital beds), no return is allowed unless there is a manufacturing defect.
