Cancellation and Return Policy

The Cancellation and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may cancel their order or request a return. Before the order is finalized and confirmed, customers can cancel their request without any obligation. Once the order has been finalized through an agreement made outside the website (via phone or email), the terms of cancellation and return will depend on the specific agreement reached between the customer and the company.

Products may be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within a specified time frame, which will be communicated to the customer at the time of purchase confirmation. Shipping costs for returns are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
